Our Rain Tracker model RT-50 is the result of years of research, and experience with hundreds of different wiper systems.  This is a complete kit, with everything you need to upgrade almost any car, truck, or van to hands-free wipers.

How The Rain Tracker Reduces Driver Distraction.

The Rain Tracker uses beams of infrared light to sense how much water hits the windshield.  It constantly adjusts the speed of the wipers so that they run just often enough to keep the windshield clear-- from all the way off to (most applications) high speed.  This frees the driver from that task, reducing driver distraction.  And driver distractions is the cause of 26% of all fatal crashes, says NHTSA.   Order Here!

How the Rain Tracker Ties Into the Existing Wiper System

A thin cable connects the sensor to a control module 
that ties into the existing wiper system 

The interface module gets the data from the sensor, and controls the wipers.  It uses a special computer program to control the wipers in a way that responds quickly, but is never jerky or erratic.  The interface module ties into the existing wiper control with a few wires.  An attractive low-profile switch, mounted in- or under-dash, activates the Rain Tracker. 

The Rain Tracker™ Makes Driving More Enjoyable

The Rain Tracker controls the wipers in a full range of operation, from fully off, through intermittent and steady slow, and on up through high speed (in most applications) if that is what is called for.

 We worked with our installers to find the easiest to install, most attractive switch in the automotive aftermarket.  The Rain Tracker activation switch mounts in a round hole, and extends less than a quarter inch beyond the mounting panel.  The switch can be mounted in-dash or under-dash.  The Rain Tracker is a quality product constructed of automotive-grade, extended- temperature-range materials and components.

"Easy to Install" is easy to say.  But the Rain Tracker really is easy to install.   We have heard of experienced technicians installing a Rain Tracker in as little as twenty minutes! 
But we would advise a Do-It-Yourselfer to allow at least an hour.
