Our online ordering system will keep all information provided completely secure using SSL encryption technology. Additionally, All information provided by you will be completely confidential. Pickup Specialties does not provide customer information, mailing list or other data to any outside firms or individuals.

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Pickup Specialties. Simply return the item within 30 days, in the original package and we will refund your money 100%. (excluding shipping charges)

After 30 days you will then be covered by the appropriate manufacturers warranty against any defects in material or workmanship.

For returns: Call us to get a return goods authorization number (RGA) and we will issue a call tag from UPS and have the product picked up for return. When we receive product back we will then credit your card in full for the product, minus the shipping charges.
