Note: Orders placed after 2pm Central time will not be processed until the next business day. 
Many orders are shipped the same day they are processed but some packages may take 2 to 4 business days before they are shipped out.

Products that are made to order require an extended lead time due to manufacturer production.

Ground Delivery packages should be delivered in 5-10 business days.

For all damaged items you must keep original packaging for claims to be processed**.


Although online checkout shows UPS delivery, products are shipped via UPS, Federal Express, or USPS depending on the availability of the item and the warehouse location.
 Larger items, including some toolboxes, some ladder racks, Bedslides, etc., are shipped via truck freight and will require signature for delivery.

Please note that UPS, DHL, and Federal Express do not ship to post office boxes.  If you need your shipment to go to a P.O. Box, please call us toll free at 1-888-590-4769 to place your order.

SHIPPING TO APO ADDRESSES

Unfortunately, due to size limitations by the United States Postal Service there are many items that are not eligible for shipment to APO addresses. 
Please call us to place an order to an APO.

(We feel that these limitations are completely unfair to our Armed Forces personnel so please feel free to write to your Congressman to express your feelings on this matter!)

Customer Friendly Return Policy:

No merchandise can be returned with out a written authorization from
Pickup Specialties.  Failure to do so may result in no credit being given.
* All damages must be reported within 72 hours from the time of delivery.
For all damaged items you must keep original packaging for claims to be processed.

* Original packaging is required for returns or credits on all damaged items.
* You must provide us with return tracking information in order to receive a refund.

You must first call 1-888-590-4769 or email Returns@pickupspecialties.com  and get a RGA # (return authorization number) before any items are sent back.  Then you can download and print our return form to include with your package at this link:

Within 90 Days of purchase you may return any items due to mis-order, mis-shipped or defective merchandise.  All freight charges due to customer error are responsibility of the customer.  If the part is defective please put specific details in the comments area.

If the item (s) is being returned due to our error we will mail or e-mail you a call tag for pick up.  Please attach the call tag along with your RGA # written on the outside of the box.  Call tags will only be sent one time and it is the customer's responsibility to have the return package ready for pickup or to return the product using the call tag promptly.  Failure to do so may result in a reduction in your refund amount due to additional shipping charges.

All returns must be returned in its original packaging and in re-sellable condition.  A 15% restocking fee may be added to any returns for repackaging or when charged to us by the manufacturer**.  For all damaged items you must keep original packaging for claims to be processed**.

When returning please keep a copy of the tracking information on file, in case needed for proof of delivery. 

 * You must provide us with return tracking information in order to receive a refund.

When we receive product back we will then credit your card in full for the product, minus the shipping charges (unless it was our fault). 

For returned items that were originally purchased with a free shipping option, when we receive the product back, we will refund your credit card in full for the product minus shipping charges to you and the return shipping to get the product back to us (unless it was our fault or a manufacturer's defect, in which case you will be refunded your entire purchase amount.)

*  Please note that items must be returned in the original package in sellable condition.  If the item is not in re-sellable condition when received, no refund or a discounted refund may be given. A 15% restocking fee may be assessed per the manufacturer's policy or for
