I placed this order with you on Monday April 9, 2012 since I could find no place locally that had the lift gate gas struts that I needed for my camper shell.   The order was shipped the same day via UPS and was delivered on Friday April 13 on schedule.   I was very pleased to find that not only were the struts what I wanted, but they were the exact replacements, including the manufacturer.

This is an unsolicited remark about your efficiency and promptness in the processing of my order.  I was surfing the Internet and found your site and the product that I purchased.  I had had a Delta side box and it was taking a beating from my fifth wheel kingpin.  I ordered the product from you on a Saturday evening, you acknowledged the order on the following Monday and notified me of shipment and gave me a tracking number for FEDEX.  The best part was that it was free shipping and I had the product on Wednesday, two days after you notified me of shipment.  That is what I call fantastic service.  I installed the new side box in about an hour (had some modifications that I had to do) and it works just great.   Thank you for the pleasure of doing business with you.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Pickup Specialties. Simply return the item within 30 days, in the original package and we will refund your money 100%. (excluding shipping charges)

After 30 days you will then be covered by the appropriate manufacturers warranty against any defects in material or workmanship.

For returns: Call us to get a return goods authorization number (RGA) and we will issue a call tag from UPS and have the product picked up for return. When we receive product back we will then credit your card in full for the product, minus the shipping charges.
